These courses generally focus on any one or more areas of management including HRM/Personnel Management, Marketing Management, General and Performance Management, Leadership Skills Development etc. and seek to help your incumbents better understand their roles in managing and coordinating people/employee effort; the differences between leading and managing; how motivation/demotivation affect employees and organisations alike.
The understanding here is that most of our intemational students are actually managers in the middle and the upper ranks so by these training programmes/workshops we’ll actively participate in and spearhead a wave of change in management competence and/or excellence throughout Africa as never before realised.
