PurposeOur Purpose
As explained in our Vision and Mission, we set ourselves to be the first port of call for all local and international education and training needs, especially for the local RSA government and other public/private sector employees, including parastatals, NGOs, INGOs, school leaver courses/learnerships, short courses in the theoretical/service fields, as well as in the practical vocational/technical subjects/fields.
As our vision of Quality Service Delivery by all our departments/organisations cannot be achieved without the active participation of a knowledgeable and efficient top management, we have structured our training programmes to be relevant to all staff at all levels of our public and private sector organisations in Africa, like the Permanent Secretaries/Principal Directors, Directors, CEOs/MDs, the functional managers or portfolio holders down to the lowest level employees.
This in our vision, helps to develop highly coordinated departments, also create the Strategic fit into each organisation’s vision/mission and to eventually be the tool drive us to better goal-attainment. We also have it in our long-term vision/plans to grow to the stature of being accredited to offer the longer vocational/technical courses like Electrical, Computer and Automotive Engineering, Building and Construction etc. in the near future.
MissionOur Mission
To provide quality courses/training in Finance, General Management, Project Management, IT/ICT, HRM and Development, International Protocol and Etiquette, Quantum/Arc GIS, Agriculture and Agricultural Technology etc. as per the demand from our clients and other stakeholders. A team of experts and keen knowledge-sharers is in place to share and coordinate the knowledge coming in from the different corners of our African motherland. It is our hope to keep sharpening and refining this machinery through which all our training objectives will have to be met!
For our international students, we also provide regular touring and shopping trips, on top of the field trips in and around Johannesburg and Pretoria, to enhance their acquisition of not only the academic skills but also the practical and social exposures which they will so much cherish!
